Employment, Jobs and Working

From young age people learn consistently. As age progresses people know more. It is odd that only young people are provided with opportunities of working or jobs, while the older people are considered as over aged.

In employment or jobs, workers should not be differentiated on the basis of their age groups. Equal opportunities can be equal opportunities only when provided to all equally without any differentiation.

Experience increases with working. Young people seeking jobs have no or little experience. But often they are told that they could not get a job because they had no experience. Older people are experienced but told they had become over aged.

People need employment, job, work or business. In a free economy, there should be minimum obstacles in getting employment, job, work or doing a business. Economic progress is not possible without economic freedom.
